Brian C. Horton
Hey, my name is Brian C. Horton and this is my portfolio. I am 24 years old and am just now (May 3, 2013) approaching my Bachelor's degree in Public Relations with a minor in Business Administration at West Virginia University. I have a wife and two children and possibly expecting another two(twins) on the way. I love to write and didn't know this until I entered college at Potomac State College of WVU in 2009 where I received my Associate's in Journalism in May 2011. At PSC, I wrote for the college newspaper, worked in the Marketing Communications Department where many of my articles from the student paper as well as others were published in various other media outlets in surrounding areas, and received the Who's Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges award. During my two years at WVU, I was a member of the school's chapter of PRSSA and wrote for their newsletter and was also Brand Manager and West Virginia SGA Liaison in the West Virginia University Student Government Association.
